HOW DO I VIEW CUSTOMER'S CREDENTIALS

If you wish to view details of the customer, click the customer name in the logged demands and offers. The Profile information about the customer is displayed. If you want to know more about the customer, take these steps.

Step 1 :
First, you'll need to register as an Agriculture ProductsExchange member if you haven't done so already. It's free and only takes a couple of minutes.

Step 2 :
Carefully look over all the questions raised by various customers to the customer in question. If there are replies to the questions raised, read and understand the reply.

Step 3 :
If you have some more questions to the customer than the one's listed, you can click the "New Questions" button. If you want the question to be displayed for public viewing, click the Public View Check Box.

Step 4 :
Enter your question to the customer. Remember, there is a limit to the length of the question asked.

Step 5 :
Click the "Save" Button. Cash Exchange shall save the question in its database for the customer and shall notify the customer to post his reply. All replies to the Public View Questions shall also be displayed along with the question raised.

Step 6 :
To know more about the customer, you can Search and Browse through the other demands and offers posted by the customer.

Step 7 :
If you have demand or offer specific questions, you can post your question in the Demand or Offer Page.
