HOW DO I AGREE/NEGOTIATE

If you need help browsing the best cash demand or offer, visit Browse Demands or Browse Offers. Once you find the right proposal you're interested in, take these easy steps:

Step 1 :

First, you'll need to register as an CashExchange member if you haven't done so already. It's free and only takes a couple of minutes.

Step 2 :

Search and Browse through the demands you would like to review. For viewing any demand detail, you need to log on.

Step 3 :

Carefully look over what you're committing transaction on. You can communicate an Agreement to a Demand, Apply for an Offer or Negotiate a Demand or Offer before the Expiry Date.

Step 4 :

Enter your agreement offer amount at the bottom of the page. The amount which you are willing to give to the recepient. This must be less or equal to the total amount demanded and should be equal or more than the minimum amount demanded.

Step 5 :

You can now click the "I Agree" button. That's it! You have communicated that you are agreeing to the proposal. CashExchange shall record this transaction and update the merchant's records with the agreement you have made.

Step 6 :

If you want to negotiate the offer, enter your terms and conditions and click the "Let's Negotiate" button. That's it! You have communicated to the merchant that you would like to negotiate.

Remember : The merchant lodging the demand may accept or reject the investor's offer. On acceptance of the offer, the investor can call for any signed legal or security documents (if any) and remitt the funds.

Note : The actual money or security movement is not handled by the CashExchange. The actual terms and conditions of payback are also not handled by the CashExchange.
